Dénia Park is located on the Costa Blanca of Spain, on the road from Dénia to Jávea, just 500 meters from the sea, right at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park and very close to the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve.

Built on an area of ​​about 20,000 m2, with more than 70% green areas, the architecture and open spaces maintain a perfect balance of colors, decoration and gardens that are fully integrated into the natural environment.

The complex has spacious apartments and bungalows (semi-detached duplexes), fully equipped and with magnificent sea views. Disabled access, pets allowed, option to change apartment and week for a minimum price, laundry for 7 euros, restaurant next to the pool, playground for children, and two swimming pools (adults and children) with lifeguard, very quiet , free parking in the complex.

It is an independent apartment with capacity for 4 people. It consists of a living room with a sofa/bed for two people and an integrated American kitchen, a double room with two single beds, a terrace and a full bathroom.

They have cleaning service twice a week. The maintenance fee is paid in quarterly installments of about €150.
